These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph235 ("ph235," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph235 online casino platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at ph235.club (the "Platform").

ph235 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso unless otherwise specified.

ph235 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. ph235 does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions in compliance with Philippine regulations.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph235 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ph235 Platform without the prior written consent of ph235.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph235 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph235 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph235's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph235 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph235 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph235 makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Platform.

ph235 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harms associated with gambling. ph235 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ph235 account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
